Flexible Membership Options. We have a few different membership packages to choose from, so you can find the one that works best for you. Here's what we've got:

• Special couples rate on the 12 month memberships only.
  
  • apply a same-household discount of 20% at checkout. 
• The following groups are approved for 10% off Unlimited memberships. Proof of group affiliation to Pike13 membership account within 24-hours of membership sale.

  • Military
  • First Responders
  • Healthcare Workers
  • Teachers
• Corporate Partners — Community Partnerships + Local Businesses within a 5-mile radius of the studio.
  
  • For more examples, Holmatro, Skynet
  • Lululemon employees (higher 25% reciprocal discount)
  • Students — must prove active enrollment by sending studio an email from their school email address

24/7 Open Gym Memberships will have a $45 initiation fee due at signing. 

Membership Freeze Fee: $25/Month (unless medically-/injury-driven supported by a doctor’s note), up to 3 months 

Membership Cancellation Fee: 2 months’ worth of membership fees or difference of doing MTM

• For month-to-month memberships, two weeks written notice prior to next billing date.
• For contract memberships, 1 month’s written notice and Membership Cancellation Fee of 2 months’ worth of fees
• All cancellations must be in written notice sent to info@builtwith.fit or through our contact form.  No exceptions will be made.
